I've listened to a few done by CVBs that were a little hokey. But I'd be interested in listening to others that are more commercial. It's an interesting concept and could go very well as added product to a travel guide. Something to consider anyway.

we know of two other tours - noambit.com that focuses on europe (we've got several interviews with them on our site) and citylisten.com - we'll interview them, too. it's a great idea!
